How can anyone watch standard def?

site to watch shows online
i set up my DVR to record season 5 of the Wire. I was going to watch after I finished season 4. for some reason the first 2 episodes of season 5 did not record. anyone know where I can watch these 2 episodes online? I tried surf the channel but the link for the wire will not work for me.
