Because I am filthy stinking Rich!!!!! Well not really, I got the nickname Rich Guy from someone I have worked with now for about 17 years who has always called me by that name, it is pretty simple really my real name is Rich.

HI ALL, well way back i used this forum for research; and then one day..... well i thought of the name..... just as my name implies. ever sense i got into HDTV, i BARELY stand standard def; but all well. and i have a banana that likes to bounce

DSNY FN the wife and I are Disney fanatics and we branded our car with personalized plates that were DSNY FN because we couldn't use enough letters to spell out Disney Fan so that is what I use as my name on almost all forums other than hockey ones and for those I use 29Dryden29 after my favourite player ever Ken Dryden who's number just happened to be 29.

ImRizzo ..... remember Midnite Cowboy, Dustin Hoffman (Ratso Rizzo), well I'm from Brooklyn, NY ( born and raised ) and was always hustling to make a buck so when the movie came out everyone I hung with began calling me "Ratso Rizzo the hustler", which eventually was shortened to Rizzo. Then in '76 The Muppets Show came on and I was immediately associated with Jim Henson's Rizzo the Rat (he & I had the same cool attitude, rough edges but a soft filling ) and I was amoured with this spunky character hence I was immediately renamed "Rizzo the Rat" it was a nicname that has lasted almost 40 yrs as "Rizzo", so when I was trying to come up with a screen name I thought "I am Rizzo" which ended up ( by a typing error ) ImRizzo and so it goes....

I'm just a junkie when it comes to HD. I'll watch gnats swarm on a pile of shit if it in HD. Hence the name hdtvjunkie. Actually I was joking with some guys at work when I first discovered HD. One guy asked if I watched something on tv and I said no, it wasn't in hd. He said man you are an hdtvjunkie. The name just kinda stuck with me.
