LOL - I guess might doesn't make right. Good for him.

I just was notified that there is a class action suit against my previous mortgage company having to do with assessing fradulent late charges.

I hope the suit puts them out of business.

Me too. I suspect their lobbyists will be put to work getting the law changed.
