more to the point i bought a 73" wd-73727 mitsubishi and i love it, but i can not get my ps3 to hook up with hdmi cables, and i cannot get any componet inputs to work , with hdmi i can hear the playstation and i can tell it is on but no pic, yes ive switched the ps3 over to hdmi mode via the av cables, id really love to use the high def function of this tv with my ps3, if anyone can help, me and my son would truly appreciate it,

Most likely the problem is the PS3 is set for 1080p video output. Your Mitsubishi will not accept a 1080p signal, only 1080i, 720p, 480p and 480i. I think you need to get the PS3 set to output either 1080i or 720p.

See: http://www.915p026010.com/manuals/Mi...010-manual.pdf Page 100.
