Default I need a legit Music download site because I'm tired of getting google redirect virus

I have in the past 6 months, or maybe past 4 months, had 2 occasions on which I had to have the guys from malwarebytes take me thru on how to get rid of my google redirect viruses. They told me that the p2p sharing things might have been the root cause. I do check out a few P.... sites from time to time too but unsure if they can cause those too. I do have Norton antivirus to mention.

They advised me to not install and download music like that and I asked them what sites if any to check out that's legit and wouldnt cause any more problems or potential problems and they couldnt direct me to specifics but said maybe Itunes or any site to which is a paying site. Help me out guys on which ones might be good to go with. Also I have found some songs and did the youtube to mp3 conversions for those songs that Ares or Limewire wouldnt find and is that unsafe also? I'm curious as to if I use maybe Itunes, would it be able to find older songs possibly.

Limewire is a virus farm had 2 crashes contributed to that site.

I wonder if getting music from youtube and converting to mp3 via the free music soft studio is actually safer than using an actual p2p site?

I got rid of limewire at least 6 or 7 yrs ago as the files found via p2p on there are so loaded with trojans, worms, keyloggers, etc. You wouldn't believe the stuff worse than any torrent or warez site I ever saw.

Don't you know that you can download your favorite music with no risk for your computer with youtube downloader (ytubedownloader.org) and then simply convert the files to mp3 and listen any time and as much as you want. Since I found out about such a possibility, I get all my music this way.
