Default Looking for cabinet/shelf thing under TV

Okay, I thought I was looking for a TV stand, but I don't think I am now. My TV will be mounted on the wall. What I need is one of those low stands/cabinets or entertainment center maybe? Something to put my receiver, dvd, cable, game consoles, etc. I thought everyone needed one of these to hide the wires coming out on the bottom, etc. Can someone please tell me what that type of stand is called and where I can find one for less that $350. I would prefer something with glass doors....

Default Cabinet/shelf

Hi Impulse, I'm planning on mounting a 42'' plasma on my bedroom wall,I thought about getting a low cabinet, well I bought one with a electric ventless fireplace from target.com,check them out,for about $500 you can add a little romantic feel to the room, not sure if this is what your looking for, just a thought though, good luck

There's stands all over the place. Best Buy, Crutchfield has some amazing ones, target.com, hell amazon.com would give you a good start. Personally I got mine at IKEA. It's all wood and fits the location perfectly and holds all the devices, wires, and some.

I tried to post a picture of the EC that I built 15 years ago and just cut down so I can put my new 50" plasma on top, since it would not fit inside like my old tube tv.

Four more posts and I'll be able to show it. Too bad, since I just started to lurk.

A few weeks back, Costco had some really nice credenzas for like $400-$500. Maybe they still have them?
