09 October 2009 Winner: LG LG has been 'up and coming' for at least two years and this year they've up and come, with the release of four flagship handsets in the last six months and devices that hit every segment from entry-level to fashion-forward, high-meg camera phones to multimedia monsters. They've consistently improved their touch-screen technology, with the last few being swipe-friendly, capacitive iPhone-style displays, and have a real knack for making incredibly sleek, stylish phones too. HTC Hero is just the phone of the year....I like it very much except its big body cause it doesn't fit for pocket. And iPhone 3GS is really the dream phone for most people. Most of my friends are using that and they say it's more than a phone.

The wards cannot tell everything about phones, but it tells the consumers something at least. I just hope it helps those who need to buy a new phone in making the decision.

I love my HTC Fuze/Tilt. I love a QWERTY keyboard, so the iPhone is out of the running.
