Default what's the problem with my phone?

Yesterday I carelesslu dropped my Samsung mobile phone to the floor and it just went black. No matther how I try to open it, it gave no response. Any one know what can I do? I just installed ZorroGPS navigation software. Does it have anything to do with the software?

I'm not sure if the software has anything to do with it. The other day I was driving along, ran over a nail, and my tire went slowly flat. I did fill the tank at a discount gas station. Does the flat tire have anything to do with the cheap gas?

I would imagine the drop caused the damage rather than the software. Was it working before you dropped the phone.

do you have phone insurance?? otherwise it looks like you'll either have to extend your contract when you buy the phone at an upgrade price or see if there is an unlocked version on ebay or 3rd party vendor like myworldphone.com if you don't have phone insurance.

I usually don't have phone insurance on a phone that is under $250
