Default Help on choosing a reciever

So i have a 5:1 surround sound now and it used to be hooked up to subs (two 12 inch pheonixs 145 rms each) it ran them fine and sounded amazing. I took the subs out to put in my car and now i bought kickers for that so i want to put the pheonixs back in the house but it seems the amp fried or something cause i only get small vibration from the subs. so what I am wondering is what would be a good reciever to run my two subs 145rms each and the the 5 speakers on top of that?
thanks in advance and as for price id rather not spend more then 300 if i can help it.
