Default Question about browsing netflix on roku?

I am currently streaming netflix through my computer and wii but am planning to by a roku 3 to stream netflix to my tv. I was wondering if you could specify searches on roku like on pc for example searching for genres and subgenres. I ask this because when streaming through my wii I usually have to find what I want to watch on my pc then enter the name of the movie or show into the search bar on the wii.
thanks

Yes, there is a search function on the second line down in the Netflix window. The first line are the movies you pick from Netflix, then search, then about 10 lines of Recently watched, Top 10 for you, Popular, Random, Raunchy sports comedies (Adam Sandler kind of things), Goofy comedies, Stand-up, Documentaries, Investigative, etc.

Entering titles without a keyboard is a real pain, imo. I use my PC to find the movie or show I want to watch and then add it to my favorites. Then on the media player it is just a matter of selecting it from the favorites. Once I watch it I delete it from my favorites.
