Wink on screen signal meter availability

out of the many over the air DTV to Composite signal boxes to be sold and offset by
the Federal $40 coupon next Month; do any of them have any on screen signal meter?

Insignia NS-DXA1 Best Buy $59.99
Magnavox TB100MW9 Walmart $49.87
Philco TB100HH9 Amazon.com $47.24
RCA DTA800 Walmart $49.87
Zenith DTT900 Radio Shack & Circuit City $59.99

if not,
what would be the cheapest HDTV stand alone tuner with such a signal meter feature?

I found this regarding the Zenith DTT900;
There is also another dedicated button labeled "SIGNAL." Pressing this button will give you a bar graph on the bottom of the screen that is expertly and precisely calibrated with "Bad" on the left, and "Good" on the right. You also hear a beeping noise in the program audio that changes in repetition rate along with the bar graph. Handy for one person to aim a roof antenna while listening to the audio beeping through an open window.

PM me for this article link, as HDF won't let me link to a competitors forum.

They will all have at least some sort of minimal signal strength meter. The final rule for the boxes says that "The equipment will display on the television receiver signal quality indications such as signal strength per ATSC A/74, Section 4.7." Then, under the "permitted" (but not required) features, it reads "The equipment may display on the television receiver additional signal quality information determined by the manufacturer."

So, they will all have at least a basic signal strength meter, but some may provide more detailed or additional information as the manufacturer desires.
