Can I order FOX HD on the DTV website?

I looked around for the $2 dollar a month fox HD but didn't see it. Is this somthing I have to call to order?

You cant order it, you must live in a Owned and Operated city (O&O) or live in a non serviced area by Fox, or get a waiver from your local affiliate giving you permission to receive the channel. However, i think a new law was passed making it difficult to even get it now!
