I purchased a HD8200P Winegard Antenna for deep fringe UHF/VHF applications. I have been told to go with the Winegard AP8275 Pre- Amp. I think the Channel master 7777 will work too. From what I have seen more people seem the go with the Channel Master Pre-Amps, even with different brand antennas. Is there a good reason for this or is it just my imagination?
Thanks Kevin |

The only real reason to go with Channel Master Titan 7777 over the Winegard AP-8275 is that the Channel Master has separate UHF and VHF inputs, which are useful when using separate antennas. Since you chose to go with an all-channel antenna, you can use the two preamplifiers interchangably.
