The OP has nothing to worry about The Lava antenna should work great on low band vhf If they live within 50ft of the transmitter.

LOW. POWER vhf and do u think I can receive them suburb with my vertical stacked hi &Low vhf Antnnacarft antenna's????
Low power vhf that is where the use of the transmitter in the suburb area
