Hi Def broadcast in Denver

I live in a South Suburb of Denver, roughly 25 miles from lookout mountain and 20 miles from downtown. I heard that the remaining stations (KUSA/NBC and KMGH/ABC) ran into a court battle trying to get their digital towers put on to lookout mountain. Does anybody have the latest news on that court case, and what (if any) plans there are to put up their permanant towers?

I think it's ALL the stations are to SHARE one antenna array... but that array is blocked with a NIMBY court case. Consolations, looks like you're in limbo until it's settled.
