I have many DivX/Xvid movies with DD 5.1 audio, which are working great in Samsung TV through PS3. But today I connected the PS3 to Panasonic TV, but none of the movies' audio is working.

However movies with MP3 audio are working fine. The audio problem is happening for DivX/Xvid movies only. I get DD 5.1 audio from any Blu-ray movies I play through PS3 to Panasonic.

Strangely, if I play the same DivX/Xvid movies with 1.5x speed on the same Panasonic TV, I get the audio, but not at 1x speed.

Does anyone face this problem? Is there any solution other than buying a AV receiver or something? Plz help me.!!!

(I have another x264 video with AAC [low profile] audio, which also acting the same way like, play the audio at 1.5x speed but not at 1x on the Samsung TV through PS3).
