Looking for New Home Theater System

At the moment I am looking for a new audio system to replace my current RCA one. It served me well for a time, but now the rear speakers are crackly, which I have found is due to the reciever. I also recently noticed the front right speaker is beginning to go. I am getting a new flat screen tv in the next few weeks and have been looking at recievers. I currently have a TWC hd dvr box and xbox 360 to hook up. I would like to use hdmi connections with both of them to my tv but am having trouble finding a theater system under 300 with more than one hdmi input.

My question is are there any systems out there with that many inputs, or do I need to spend more money. I want to hook up my tv, xbox, hd dvr and new home theater system together. Is there a way to do all of this through hdmi? Anyone who has a similar experience or problem that can help please give me any advice you may have.
