Default help with set up of HR10-250

Hi Guys- i'm a newbie - so go easy on me!

i need advice on my set up-

i presently have-
Liv Room-
RCA F38310 TV - this has a built in Direct Tv HD receiver and OTA HD - both of which are hooked up.
Dual Direct TV tivo, hacked to 150 hours
Denon 2802 a/v receiver
6 speaker set up
Sony DVD
old vcr
SO I CURRENTLY HAVE 3 SAT LINES RUNNING TO THIS AREA
and in my
family room (KIDS TV) - just an ole Panasonic Replay tv - single tuner
I CURRENTLY HAVE ONE LINE RUNNING HERE

i'm seriously thinking of adding the HR10-250 HD TIVO receiver to the Living Room set up. My questions are--

should i leave the dual tuner in the Liv Room set up to start? with the home theatre, this is where we watch the most tv - the kids only use the other tv with the replayTV.
and
since the installer will have to run new lines somewhere, which do you think is best for me in the long term- have him run 4 to the living room and use the dual tivo there - or run two to the family room.
i can always swap out a receiver, but i can't run lines myself.
any chance i can get them to run the lines in both places so i can do what i want with the receivers at a later time?
finally, is there any concern if i run 4 lines to the liv room and only eventually hook up two lines (if i decide to move the dual tivo out??)

thanks so much for your help!
