I read people say that let the TV do the upscaling instead of the receiver. How do i let the TV do the Job and not the Receiver. I have the HDMI going from the cable box to the receiver to the TV.

Connect the cable box to the TV via HDMI. Connect the cable box to the receiver with a digital connection (optical or coax). I doubt you will see much, if any, difference. I assume you are talking about "upcaling" SD TV. Check the settings on your cable box.

Many receivers will allow you to bypass the upscaling of video. Read your owners manual for that.
