In Chicago, the local news on ABC is in HD. CBS and NBC are still SD. Guess which one I watch???

We have one local channel here in the Albany NY area that just began broadcasting it's news in HD on March 11th.

Toronto: CBC, CTV, CITY are HD, Global some of the independents and cable only, have yet to move.

I voted some are some aren't, but that's just for me personally. I only get any cable in HD from OTA or what my built in tuner picks up(which is basically the same think?)

In Houston the ABC and CBS affiliates are in HD. The rest are in SD stilll.

3 out 4 are in HD here in Raleigh-Durham. WRAL (the CBS affiliate) has been an HD pioneer for years. They also own the FOX affiliate and use the same news facilities. The ABC affiliate (WTVD) just went HD in late April. That leaves only the NBC affiliate as the lone non-HD news. Needless to say they have about a .0000000000000000001 share of the local market.

All local news out of Green Bay is in SD. I'm not surprised. It will probably be years before they figure out what HD is.
