Should I be getting all of the OTA channels listed on TV Guide?

I just went to tvguide.com and chose the option called "Houston Area Broadcast (Houston) [OTA Broadcast]"

However, I noticed that there is a channel (3.1 and 3.2) that I'm not getting. And it actually seems sort of like a TBS-equivalent, which is what I kind of miss without cable.

Should I be getting this channel? Why doesn't it appear for me? Mine goes from the 2s to the 8s, and skips the 3s.

TV off air signals are directional. That means the ant. should be pointed at the scource, (tv tower). www.antennaweb.org will tell you what you should be able to get with the correct direction.
