Those with HD receivers and NHL Center Ice Package

For those with DirecTV....
I have noticed that the HD feeds for the Center Ice package have been “grayed” out in the guide view.
I still get the HD feed so this isn’t a big issue. I just want to see if others see the same thing.
When I set my DVR to record a HD game on Wednesday, I get a “This program may not record because this receiver is not currently authorized for it” message.

This is a new issue (past week or so). Anyone else seeing the same thing?

I searched the internet for this exact problem. I have DirecTV, have been a CI subscriber for years. DH called DirecTV and they didn't answer the question. One of the phrases uttered (10 minute conversation, mind you) is that there were issues that should be resolved mid-November.

Like you, I noticed the greyed out HD games on the guide in the 770's last week. But we're no longer getting any HD feed. Are you getting any HD today? We only get our local RSN's HD feed now, no others.

Update: I called CS myself and this CS person was good enough to transfer me to tech support - I was his 5th call on the same subject. He re-set the receiver to no avail. Then he sent a re-authorization and that worked. The channels are still greyed out but I do get the games now.
