Default Samsung PN59D6500DFXZA Power Cycling Problem?

Hi I just found and joined this High Def Forum so couldn't find a way to search for Samsung Power cycling posts. I know they had issues with capacitors and e-proms in 2009 & 2010 TVs. I have a 59" Plasma 2011 and have visually checked the capacitors and they all look good.

My TV had been great for about 4.5 years then about 3 weeks ago it power cycled off then back on intermittently. The next week I upgraded the firmware while the power was still normally on. After that it would power cycle off then back on about every 5 minutes. I called Samsung Tech Support they had me do a factory reset but the TV power cycled again before we finished the call. Their Tech Support person wanted me to disconnect everything from the TV inputs and he would call back in two hours. Well he didn't call back so I called again after about 3.5 hours. The TV had been power cycling every 5 minutes for over an hour and then it started to power cycle every few seconds after that. It would reset with the Samsung logo and then show the 1080 display in the top left but then cycle off and then on again. It now power cycles every few seconds so really can't do anything with it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I have an electronics background so can use a DVM to check voltages, fuse, etc. Thanks!
