How do I burn these clips to DVD and watch them on HDTV?

+1 on ConvertxtoDVD. I use this software and it works great. The latest version (5) has some great improvements like the ability to edit menus, batch conversion, and minor video editing. Its what I use to encode and burn DVDS. I do not have any affiliation to VSO, just to be clear.
