my 21u doesn't have the ethernet port either... do you have the 22u?

and are you in the disc's settings or on the player's settings menu? i get no play movie/settings menu. only the previews play and then the screen that has the crystals or whatever they are changing colors as it loads and then it goes to a screen saying that it may take up to 2 minutes to load depending on what type of player you have. the screen goes blank and nothing happens. i even let it sit for 20-30 minutes.

i emailed sharp about it and they said they are going to test the disc.
