This BD has the amount of supplements that a lot of mainstream titles need IMHO.

I agree that it's probably pointless for something like this, but what about something like Rocky Horror Picture Show?? There are some cities that still have the older style movie houses with an actual stage in front of the screen. During showings of RHPS, real actors will get up on stage and act out the movie right along as it plays.
Sounds cheesy, but I could something like this being done for followers of certain flicks and sharing it with friends. |

A good selection of extra's on the BD but the recording your own commentary sound's like a silly gimmick which very few people would find useful.

I will rent this one for my wife as well. She wanted to see it. And she is a good sport about me buying and watching a lot of movies I want, I will most likely watch this one with her. At least this movie has a lossless track
![]() I think the studios have seen the success of such sites such as YouTube and want the Blu-Ray extras to offer something new and exciting to draw in a new group of people. I think the studios want to push BD Live and other extras before resorting to dropping the price. But judging by the economy, they will be forced to drop the price regardless.. |

![]() I have to say, I have a good wife. We share pretty good on our viewing. can't really complain. I have watched many chick flicks with my wife and she has watched many war/gory flicks with me.
