I don't have a PSP, but this might persuade me to buy one. But I will wait for it to become active, unless it already is? That I don't know.

I think we are confusing two different types of "digital copy." One is the Itunes type copy included on the BD. The other is what I explained in my answer to cougardrew. It's different on the PS3. It's not active yet, but when it is, it will allow you to create a copy from any BD and essentially rip it to your PSP. At this point there are a lot of DRM issues to work out, so it might be a while.

In my world (you don't want to go there) I would love to have the RSE's be HDD based instead of disc media. I could load up the HDD for a trip and not worry about having to switch discs. If I could "rip" BD's to a portable set-up in the car that would be fricking sweet!
