Default Blu-ray.com

If anyone frequents there - I'd suggest starting a thread there about un-banning old users.

If they want to grow, they should really wipe the slate clean. I'd probably visit occasionaly as there is a lot of decent blu-ray info there.

[Sarcasm] Are you kidding?? Anyone who suggested such a thing would probably get banned. [/Sarcasm]

In all seriousness, if it came from a respected member of their group, it's not a bad idea.

I would hope they stop banning as much as they have - there is no reason to do it anymore. And no reason for them to do it as much as they've done either.

I'd like to see the banning relaxed a bit there too. That said, it has been and continues to be the premier forum for High Definition with by far the best insider information.

They should keep the banning-level just as it is. Trolls should be banned, there is just no reasoning with them. As we witness here day by day...

I wouldn't say for "High Definition". Maybe "High Def Media", but that's about it.

They are all about Blu-ray and games..

But there is a difference between trolls, and people posting negative things about issues they have with the format wouldn't you say?

I bet if I signed up with my name PCF5 I would be banned immediately with my first post because they put me on a "list" despite me never going there. I have owned a BD player since 12/2006, and now own two BD players and i probably WOULD still get banned.

Heck, the banned Chris G. from there so what does THAT tell you?

Who needs insider info now? Studios are all Blu. The insiders are going to have to find a new hobby.

The will be sad to lose their adoring forum fanbase.

Anyone with an HD DVD player or who knows someone with an HD DVD player would at least need a Blu-bot zealot escort, throughout the forums sections.

I agree with you but there are so many zeolots that utterly hate anything red they would make life hell for a former red supporter.

To be honest PFC5, I can totally see why they banned you. You must admit that you're heavily biased towards HD-DVD and that is a Blu-ray forum. However, some people (you included) have shown a desire to move away from the bitter postings towards a more objective backing of Blu-ray. In those cases I think Blu-ray.com should give 2nd chances to people.

Well now you know how hd-dvd zealots have made blu-ray supporters feel here in the past!

please quote me signatures that use clever derogitory names for blu. Please quote me to posts where blu users were called names.
Please show me where hatred of a format even came near to there.

If you can find the same number of occurrences here as I could there then I may have compassion.
