Nikki . . a round of drinks please!

Been up at the crack of dawn every morning, fishing my heart out.

Got my coffee, cigarettes and peace and quiet. Watch the sun come up and catch some fish. Just this morning I caught 3 . . . A large Blue Gill (1.5 lbs), a small sunfish (about .75 lb) and a very nice 2 lb large mouth Bass.

And the Bass was soooooo nice - just as I lifted him out of the water . . he jumped off the hook and I didn't have to unhook him (yuk).

Unfortunately the canal is getting lower and lower (water level) because we have had no rain in 3 weeks.

Tonite, Mr. Fisherman was playing around and caught a beautiful 3 lb Peacock Bass. (damn him.

Yeah, weather has been the same here. Really pissing me off b/c back when the sun was actually shining around a week ago I bought a nice pair of sunglasses and haven't seen the sun since.

We need rain pretty bad here but the Sun is blazing. Been running my friend's waverunner prettty hard.

Yeah, all this fish talk actually got me to buy a reel for my fishing pole.

Bass Pro Shop had them on sale this week for 50% off.

I love BassPro. I order from them all the time. You can get some really good deals from them when they run sales. Thats a nice baitcaster there.
