Yep - drove 7 hours yesterday and 8 hours today. Got home about 4:30 today. It's hotter here than in Floriday. I got home and it was 95 and humid. I guess we had a massive rain storm about noon. Rained 10 minutes, but rained over an inch. Not sure what our forecast is for tonight...hot, I'm sure. Straight to work tomorrow. Unbelievable. Oh well. First things first.

Came home - loaded the cooler. CHEERS!!

Yeah, hotter than hell here too. 94 and humid. Storm just came through and cooled it off. I bet you are dreading going back to work tomorrow.

Yeah, you know, it's kinda weird. I actually like my job, though it has occassional high stress.... I'm lucky as hell I suspect. I'm the manager/plant breeder at a research station. My boss lives in West Bend, Wisconsin. As a result, I have a lot of freedom and really no one to look over my shoulder. OK - enough work talk.

Gonna drink some beers tonight. Had a few already. No grill work. Just drink. Probably get lazy and throw in a frozen pizza later to take the edge off.

How's everyone's Sunday going?? Like your grill Junkie. I totally love to cook/grill.

thanks. Taking me a little time to get used to it. Its charcoal but it cooks hot for some reason. Haven't quite mastered it yet but I'm working on it.

Here's a cool beach bar we gave in to. Had multiple rounds of Corona's with the lime. A great time and they also had a downstairs bar right in the sand on the backside. Totally a great time. Beats the hell out of Illinois!!

I like that white sand. I'm looking forward to going to Myrtle Beach in a couple weeks. I know it is over crowded but I just love the ocean. Dont have too many beaches here in WV. LOL.

Ahh, you'll love it. My wife and I tried camping on the outer banks about 20 years ago and it totally rained us out. So, we headed down to Myrtle Beach and had a grand ole time. It is crowded - but all good beaches are. Can't worry about that. Just carve out your space and go for it.

Oh yeah, I usually stay toward the southern end of Myrtle. Its not as crowded there but still busy. I love it. I love sitting on the balcony at night drinking beer and just watching people walk up and down the beach.

I think the bar needs a jump start. Guinness drafts for the next hour, served by Caprice. I guess she likes a think head...
