Yeah, it's a great workout. You start to see muscles that you didn't even know existed, especially about your lower ab area.

Tie that in with some cardio and you really start feeling good.

Smile Some photos of my Uncle's place in Rhode Island~

I was 12 the last time I was back there! I like it there~ My Uncle's house is actually OLDER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, believe it or not!!
Here are a few pictures if you are interested...

...about the pics:

I found one of my oldest son posing by a sign that I had forgotten is next to my Uncle Ray's house. It was built in 1720, and was originally known as the Jeremiah Smith Homestead. (Ironically, my son who is in the picture is named Jeremiah~)

Theres one I took of a picture in my Uncles "office" of him shaking hands with Richard Nixon. A long time ago, in the 60's I think, my uncle ran for Congress. I still have some political paraphenalia around somewhere... "I'm Votin' Houghton"

There are a couple showing some of the exterior of the house:

One with all of us on the back porch (we were there for a memorial service for my Father, Ray's older Brother. We scattered some of my dad's ashes out back of Ray's property...), and a cropped close-up of a section of the roof showing the original slate shingles~

One of a giant 48-star flag my Uncle always pulled out for special occasions. He would suspend it over his driveway & you would drive under it to park... Sadly, it did not get pulled out this past 4th, as my Uncle is hospitalized recovering from some surgery due to a fall as a result of back problems...

Two signs: One made by my Uncle for his "golf course" on his property. We had a little informal tournament and handed out prizes to the winners afterwards.

The other sign is from out behind my Uncle's property, and is for the Lime Rock Nature Preserve, acknowledging my Aunt & Uncle among others for donating land to the Preserve.

Hope you enjoy!!

Gary

Hi Si, yeah that's a good flick.

Do you get HDnet over there?

I'm good, how you doing? It's gonna rain here, yet again.
If a vagina grew tentacles, would it resemble this?:haha

Erm maybe!! Lol. I'm doing good Brat. We don't get hdnet over here, we just have sky moviesHD. The choice is really poor for HD over here.

Damn i hope i never meet an angry one then!! I think we are a year or so behind you with our HD services. We are used to having to wait longer for most things. It is annoying though, you know that Earth wind and fire BD you reviewed, it doesn't come out over here till the end of next month!
