Is there actually any differences these days in the two parties. They all lie just to get votes. I work for my local government and what I've learned is not to trust any of them. They all say whatever they think people want to hear and when they get elected do the opposite.

Then there is also the possibility that she could be suffering from pms and finish the war in Iraq (which i have no problem with). With a flick of the switch we could destroy Iraq and save the tax payers billions of dollars. Is that the answer??? These countries fight for religion and will fight until there is only one person left to prove they won the fight. I don't get it?? Its a crazy world that we live in. And you are right Lee this does seem to be the year for the women.

Margaret Thatcher did a pretty good job standing up to the world.

But she was classy.

I'm of the impression Hillary is a seething, power-hungry tyrant under her carefully-controlled exterior, which occasionally cracks to reveal the monster beneath.

Let's put it this way: Do you think someone who trusted Bill Clinton has the judgment and common sense to run this country?

LMAO. I just put of a bunch of powered ones this weekend. I guy I work with bought solar ones and gave me his electric ones. The guy I work with really likes his solar powered lights.

Lee, of course you like what Hillary says. She carefully crafts everything she says so that people like it (except when she slips up and lets her true colors show, like with the RFK comment. Sorry - after months of her speaking on all kinds of issues - a "slip" like the RFK one is not, IMO, her "true colors."

And I am tired of hearing about "CHANGE" from Obama . . without a full detailed descrption as to WHAT is going to change. . . . . .

Yeah, Malibu brand metal ones. The newer ones work pretty well--even now my front walk lights stay lit really bright until at least 2-3 AM (and I'm in a heavily wooded area!).

You might want to swap out the batteries for NiMH--they last longer than NiCd.

I'm not wild about the white LED's though and may swap them out for warmer amber LED's even if they are not as bright.

Have to agree. She moves to the center when it suits her needs. Gets what she wants and hops to the left. Big goverment is not the answer. The republicans have got caught up in it too, they need to take a step back and return to conservative values.

I use 10 watt Halogens. (12V)

Yes - end the war in Iraq. It is pointless and it is costing us TRILLIONS of dollars . . AND lives of good, honorable men and women who serve in our armed forces.

IMO they are used only to accent your home. If you are looking for a way to light your actual walkway, I would go with a motion sensor flood light.
