The little town I live in still has the original drive-in I'm talking about. They restored it and put up twin screens. The place is flat out packed every weekend. Great idea to keep it going. It's only 1 of a few still in operation in Illinois so I hear.

Most definately. I guess I lost my virginity at the good ole drive-in. Wow - what memories. Whoops, too much information. Sorry.

None left around here. I really miss it. Kinda glad my kids can't go to one cause I know what I did at them. But it is a great part of history. I loved the drive inn. A lot of growing up experience at the drive inn if you know what I mean Gos. Lotta great memories.

Freddie Mercury was a great performer. He might have been gay but he was awesome. World lost a great performer when he died. Queen has done great for themselves after Freddie but they aren't the same. Paul Rodgers does great as a frontman for Queen but it isn't the same. Not trying to take anything from Paul cause he is fuckin awesome in his own right.

OK - well, I specifically remember myself and a young girl went to the drive-in to see a horror movie called The Sentinel. (1977) At the time, it was a hell of a scary movie. Anyway - never saw the movie and we kind of spent the whole time doing what 2 inexperienced teens do. Seems so long ago. I don't remember so many things about my teen years - but I remember that. I have no clue where she is now.
