Totally with you there. I find fishing to be one of the most peaceful passtimes. I love just sitting by the lake and staring off into the distance, reading a book, or having a few brews.

Thats always a blast, floating down a river with a cooler of cold brew tied to you. You don't even have to get up to whizz.

Indeed. We tie our tubes together and I always try to stay in the front so I'm not floating through everyones pee the whole time ha.

With the wierd weather we have had out here this spring, the fishing hasn't been that great. I fish with plugs and lures so I don't get to do much reading but I do every once in a while just sit down and stare at the water.

My buddy has a boat down there. There are about 3 or 4 couples down there. I think they are all camping out. We will see when I get down there.
