Our Friend Samcan07

Well guys, I have been in contact with our friend Samcan07 and his Wonderful wife over the last 3 months or so and we thought it's time for an update.
For those that didn't know, Samcan07 has been battling cancer (malignant Melanoma) and has been undergoing chemo and other treatments. Malignant Melanoma is very hard to eradicate from the body and its treatment is very hard on your system.
To get to the point, the prognosis doesn't look good and Stephen (Samcan07) and his Wonderful Wife really need our Thoughts and Prayers for healing, comfort and strength. Samcan07 is a fun loving and valuable member of this forum and a friend to many here!
He is currently at a hospice to help manage his pain and will be returning home soon.
Please keep our friend in your Prayers so he can WIN this battle!
Special thanks go out to everyone who helped with the HD player fund, especially HD VHS who coordinated fund collections and distribution in Australia.

Let's keep this thread growing in support for our Friend Samcan07!

I don't know you, but get better, it is always tough to hear this, and Ive seen enough people taken away due to cancer. You'll be in my prayers!

Thanks for the update Frank. As stated many times B4, our thoughts and prayers go out to Stephen and his family during this very trying time. We wish you the best and as discouraging as it sounds, you will beat this thing. It sounds like he has a very strong family base which means everything, especially now. Hang in there big guy..

Samcan07, you are in my prayers, cancer is rough but it can be beaten, several members of my family have done just that.

Rest and get well and enjoy your high definition movies in both formats!

Thanks for the update. I recently found out my childhood (1 year older) next door neighbor and long-time family friend has the same cancer and is undergoing a radical treatment for the same thing.

I wish both Samcan07 & my friend and their families the best and they are in my prayers.
