Default Blade Runner HD DVD vs Blu-Ray

Does anyone know which format of the new Blade Runner set, or Harry Potter set has the most special features, if there is a difference

I believe that the HD DVD version of both has more features because AFAIK, neither movie has PIP/IME on the BD version.
