This obviously is a better deal then the buy 2 get 1 sale going on now. It's like a compromise between the sale they have and a BOGO. Guess I'll have to stop in Sunday and cash in my $60 gift card (plus $20-30 of my own money) and pick up 5 movies.

I think the "Starter Packs" are the most interesting part. They are clearly aimed at new owners.

Buying 3 at full price is a bit steep, although you get an additional 2 free.

ok so heres my ? i bought a sony bd 300 nov 24th..it was $399...u got spider man 3 free..and a $100 Best Buy card....no if this add is true and u get 5 bd free on the spot...and the same player is $299 would'nt i get 4 more bd dvds since i got one free

Does anyone know if Best Buy will honor this new offer if you did the buy 2 get 1 free deal they had last week? On December 26th I bought 4 movies and got 2 for free, then on December 28th I bought another 2 movies and got 1 free.
If I had known about this deal, I definitely would have jumped on this one instead since I planned to buy so many new movies anyway. I would like them to allow me to buy 3 more but get 3 more back for free, considering everything I already purchased, as if I had don't this deal all along. If they allowed it, I would have purchased 9 movies to get 6 for free, which is exactly what this deal is. Does anyone know if they'd allow that?
