"the rumor is" WB is going Blu?

I really think we can disregard this rumor. It is just another stunt to get BD sales going.
Also, there is a retailer that is selling an HD-DVD player with 2 movies in the box, 5 at the door and 5 in the mail TODAY. Funny this comes article comes out today...

Was just loading my latest copy of The Waterlillies cd and found this little tidbit pop up on my computer screen. Hmmm. Seems more and more are picking up on the story.

Ironic that the song playing is Tempted by The Waterlillies (the Inner City Remix version).

Weinstein - just do a search - it will come up. Right around the time of the Target insider forecast - which if I remember - you were the first to post it.

Yeah, this happens far too much with these techno blog sites though. Then everyone gets dissapointed when nothing happens. As always though, time will tell.

Personally it seems to me with all the recent shouting from both sides, that Warner has given them both "targets" in order to get their exclusivity.

I just did a search. I went through 110 Thread titles and none of them had any claim of an insider saying the Weinstein was going neutral. The closest thing I could find was BiggNewt speculating that it could happen. Either you're making it up or you heard it from Beatboy on AVS because I've never heard a real insider say anything about that before and I read EVERY SINGLE POST by BD insiders.

Beatboy said it. I remember it very clearly. but he often repeats other insider info so I don't know.

All I can say is that there is a big sale today on A3's right?? Well, this certainly deflated all that momentum. Bravo BDA.. which, I hope that is what you're trying to do you snakes!! We need a credible source to either confirm or deny this rumor. It's spreading like wildfire!
