Now THAT is probably the funniest and the saddest thing on this thread. It shows that he is willing to lie about something he knows is BS AND that he is not even utilizing the so called "benefit" of 1080p with BD himself, like the vast majority of HDTV owners since they do not even HAVE a 1080p display. Lets not forget that HD DVD does have 1080p players also, but they are not needed if the 1080p display properly deinterlaces.

I don't know whether to laugh at it, or be mad about BS being spread.

Please do not touch.... this isn't even a real player, it's just a tin shell with LED lights. We have no plans to make an HD DVD player because Toshiba killed the whole market with those fancy $99 players.

Same as BR supporters bragging about lossless audio when virtually none of them have a reciever that is capable.

or

Dismissing HD DVD web enabled features as un-necessary but then bragging about it when BR gets it in a profile update. And of course, denying the potential problem of a new profile on older players.

BR fans are so rabid they require rabbies vacinations.

Ohh yeah, BR fans payed 2x as much for their player and recieved a whole lot less. HD DVD for $99. If BR could do that, I would buy a BR player today. I won't hold my breath.

Name one. It's almost impossible to have a receiver that can't do a single form of lossless audio.
