Scratched CRT HDTV Screen
My recently retired husband decided to help around the house and cleaned our CRT HDTV screen. Now it seems to be blotched and scratched and we can't remove the marks. He used windex, which I have used previously, but he used a "hard" hand
 ... Any suggestions as to how to get it back to normal????

next time use only DISTILLED WATER and a MICRO-FIBER cloth... at room temperature. Do NOT use soaps or chemicals ! I spose if you clean it again and again... with that distilled water and microfiber cloth.... you MIGHT be able to rectify the problem.... not sure.
