My amp doesn't have any digital inputs and I'm not buying a new one anytime soon, so is there any adapter I can get to put the ps3/blu ray sound into my all analog input amp?
Thx. |

If you use the analogs that come from the PS3 cable it will be stereo only. If you can use an optical cable, you can get 5.1 surround. The only way to get the 7.1 HD audio is via HDMI. Any adapter you might buy to get analog outputs from HDMI would probably end up costing as much or more than a new receiver anyway.
