Horizontal and Vertical Refresh Rates for....
Hello my name is Stephanie and I have been searching forever trying to find the exact Horizontal and Vertical Refresh rates for my:
Toshiba Regza 42" HDTV Model # : 42HL167 Can somebody help me and tell me what they are? Thank you
