Default Help with connectors

Hi

Got a tiny room that i use mainly as a games console room and been looking at putting a projector in it (Sanyo PLC XL50) and having the home cinema system with the tiny speakers (Sony DAV IS10 Ultra Compact 5.1 DAV Bravia Home Cinema System)

The Sanyo can project to 1080i but doesn't have an HDMI connector but has the following:

1 x RGB input - 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15)
1 x VGA input / output - 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15)
1 x component video input - RCA x 3
1 x composite video input - RCA
1 x S-video input - 4 PIN mini-DIN
1 x audio line-in - mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm
1 x audio line-in - RCA x 2
1 x audio line-out - mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm
1 x serial RS-232 - 8 PIN mini-DIN

Can I connect up a PS3 and SKY+ (which just has a scart block) to this set up somehow? how would the connections from the PS3 work?

Also is there any other projectors similar with an ultra short throw like the Sanyo?

Thanks in advance and sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't too sure where to put it

That is an XGA (1024 x 768) Resolution 720p native with a 4:3 aspect ratio

You can connect your PS3 via the component in.put. You can get the the component cable for around $15-$20 but if you have a PS2 the component cable, it is the same.

As far as your Sky thing goes with SCART, noot sure wht your options will be. Did you say that SCART is you ONLY connection option from the box? I am not very Scart savy but I think there is some SCART/RGB conversion that could work.

You can also post this in front projection for more input on the projector itself.
