Default Should I Buy From This Place?

I went online to pricegrabber.com where they give you comparison prices of different online stores products.
In this case I am looking to buy a Sony KD-34XBR960 high definition tv set. They have the tv price about $1,874.Other places are selling it for $2,199 and then they add tax..so over $2,300 !
the website that had the lowest price was www.idealav.com
Shipping is FREE -but will take 7 days by UPS-the only option they offered me.I live in southern California and this place is located in New York. Also, they don't charge tax.
I did notice from looking at their inventory online at their website that they sell alot of refurbished products. The tv I want did'nt say refurbished or remanufactured on it when I looked it up.
Have any of you bought from this place or been at their website? Are they ligitamate?

Just get one @ a local store!
I'm sure there must be @ least one place that sells the 34xbr960 in sc...
but if you really want one cheap...
try looking for a used one or an open box @ some local store. (They had three open-box 34XBR960 @ one CircuitCity for $1800 a couple of days after Christmas.) Or you might be able to negotiate a lower price @ some other store like UltimateElectronics/Soundtrack.
