Would like opinion on "46"Sony & Samung LCD

[COLOR="Black"[/b][/color] Would like a opinion on Sony "46" LCD V3000, or a Samsung LNT LCD "46" 4669. I have a "46" DLP now and I am very disappointed with the picture and have replaced the light once already and the set was only 2 year at the time I have it replaced. Looking at the Sony or Samsung but open to other brands. I have had the old set serviced with poor results. Any help in the above matter would very helpful.
