your subject line won't generate much interest, but to answer your question - Yes. In my case, I read many forum entries about the VX32L, most good, some bashing it. I purchased one at Sam's Club and have been VERY pleased with my purchase. I have a 3 year old DishTV satellite setup....standard definition (SD) only....and the picture quality is excellent. Over-the-air HD is excellent also and I just got a Toshiba HD-A2 HD-DVD player (WalMart $98 sale) and wow, what great picture quality. 1st tier 32" LCD HDTV's are still selling for $1,000 and up, but I don't see $500 to $700 difference in the quality of the viewing experience.
