Notice i didnt say 'more educated'...although i really want to say that.
Anyway, I have a theory about how much more educated driven HD-DVD users are than Blu-ray. Without a doubt, the most educationally based dual release thus far is Planet Earth. The fact that there are presently (but not for long) so many more bluray players out there, yet Planet Earth has sold so many more HD-DVDs I think is a small, yet legitimate indication of how much more educated driven HD-DVD viewers are. Makes sense to me. Could there be any other explanation other than bluray owners being more of a hardcore gaming group who doesnt care as much for educational programming. Even on bluray.com they are questioning why it's not selling as well. |
