Default What is considered a HD JPEG

Hi,

I have been searching around the web for a clear definintion of what is HD JPEG, to date i have turned out nothing .

what are the specifications that would separate a normal JPEG file from a HD JPEG file.

The closest i can come to is that any JPEG File that is larger than 2MB is considered a HD JPEG.

can anyone here advise me more?

Thanks
C

i thank you for your contribution,
please help to clarify at what point is a JPEG file considered HD.
Since you explained that its the resolution, what are the X & Y values that make a JPEG file HD

E.g. a JPEG with 1944x2542 resolution ?
would a file like this be considered HD?

If you were to apply the definition of an HD video image per ATSC standards, then the minimum resolution for a 16:9 aspect ratio would be 1280x720.

Borromini is correct but there really is no such thing as a "HD jpeg."
