Program For Transport Stream Transcoding

Hello, I'm Getting HD Through A Tuner Card.
I Transcode To DVD Using Nero Vision 4.
It Works Well But It Struggles, Some Recordings Hang Up Part Way
Into The Transcoding.
Can Anyone Tell Me Which Is The Best Program For Transcoding
Transport Stream Files?

You might give the program HDTVtoMPEG2 a shot, it specifically handles .ts or transport stream files and converts them to mpeg2 and does it fairly quickly.
