Default Yamaha, Panasonic audio problem

I'm not sure where to post this...so I'll start here. I have a Yamaha HTR-6063, a scientific Atlanta cable box, a pc and a Panasonic TCP60GT30 and a logitech harmony remote. The problem is, when I configure any remote to turn on the receiver, the cable box, and the TV together there is no audio. If I turn the receiver off and back on the audio works. If I turn on the devices seperately I have audio. Any suggestions? Thank you.

It may be a timing issue with the devices.. You can try and switch the order around of what gets turned on 1st and so on and see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply, I tried playing with the order the devices are powered on and the power on delay for the receiver. Unfortunately no luck, still no audio.

I think the remote is activating a individual circut, and it has audio off, that is bizzare. If you were to use the yamaha remote, I bet it's ok, right? It's just a glitch in the avr.
